We got to talking here at Shopit (mainly about how no one knew when Mother’s Day is), and realized we’re all in a time crunch now! So of course we did what we recommend you do, and browsed Shopit’s vast product catalog to quickly find just the right thing! So instead of the typical Mothers Day suggestion post, I’m just going to let you see what we’d send our moms!
Josh got back to me the fastest, saying “My mom is so busy taking care of my father and his dad that she really misses working out like she used to and doing Yoga. With this simple and quick work out routine, my mom can still make time for her family obligations and look and feel great”.
Stef found two things, a chair hammock to help her mom relax in her new garden, and a great hanging pot rack because she says she’s always complaining about her lack of cabinet space!
Brooke sifted through the jewelry on the site to find her gift and says “My mom would love this bracelet because she loves gold jewelry and she is one of the few people I know that still where’s yellow gold every day! Don’t dare ask her to remove her gold earrings she’s had in her ears for the past 10+ years! Yes, she sleeps in them every single night too. You cannot go wrong with buying my mom gold…I think she plans on sending it to “Cash4Gold” when she turns 80 hahaha just kidding!”
Rhett went for a new take on one of his mom’s favorite things and plans on writing this in the card - “Mom, you don’t need another pair of shoes, besides, you’ve never worn the last pair I got you even though you told me hot pink was your color. You can hang this above the closet. And don’t ask, I can’t have this design custom made. I checked.”
As for me, I found the perfect gift in our Services catalog, a genealogist! My family is spread out and it’s hard to track back too far because my Grandparents are getting older or have passed and no one took the time to gather all the family knowledge they have! Once they dig up our history I plan on quilting it like my Great Grandmother always dreamed of, she actually started a family quilt before she passed. (Look at me, so sappy). That might have to wait for next year, but at least I can get the work done this year!
It’s so easy to find gifts for every mother in your life, new moms, hip moms, sporty moms, busy moms, Grandmoms, etc. Mother’s Day is May 10th this year, so you’ve got less than a week! Browse around on Shopit, and even if you don’t find something try to do something special for that mom in your life! She’ll appreciate it, and you’ll get brownie points for the next year 
(Or until you forget her birthday because there’s no national reminder for THAT)!
