I love how our developers are always on the cutting edge of whats new in techy land. So of course they jump on getting the latest and greatest tools implemented to Shopit right away (time permitting of course). This week’s newest feature brought to you by our dev team is Facebook Connect! ( good work guys!) When I heard about it, I thought… So what is this Facebook Connect they speak of, and where can I find it?
Facebook Connect allows you to easily login to Shopit just by using your Facebook account! You don’t even have to register for Shopit.com! After logging in, you’ll be able to interact with all of your Facebook friends. We’ve got a ton of cool options coming soon! Features like… When you add a product to your store, you’ll have the option to publish that story back to Facebook, where your friends can see it too! This makes seeing your friends items and sharing products, a snap! You can promote your stuff right on Facebook’s viral channels by posting news feed stories, status messages, photos, videos, and more, without leave ever having to leave Shopit. Also, you can find your Facebook friends who are already using Shopit, and we’ll automatically add them to your network!
You can find the Facebook Connect login on the Shopit Homepage under the login button. With Facebook Connect, it will be easier for you to share and connect with your friends across the Web. We like easy! Let us know what you think
